Energising Green Smoothie

Green smoothies are our favourite way to kick start our day or to re-energise after a workout. This is our simple, delicious and nutritious go to recipe and it includes our secret superfood weapon… The Ibiza Superfoods Disco Mix!

This powerful mix of maca and baobab helps combat stress and fatigue while Siberian Ginseng brings you mental clarity and alertness. Even better its organic, vegan, gluten free and contains no added sugar!

Simply add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend into a cup of deliciousness!


  • 1 banana
  • Large handful of frozen spinach (you can use not frozen but we like it cold!)
  • Almond milk (our favourite is Rude Health) – depending on how thick you like your smoothie add it accordingly. You can start with a little and continue to add until your desired thickness!
  • 1 Teaspoon of Peanut Butter (Our favourite is Pip and Nut)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Oats (Optional but this bulks up your smoothie)
  • ¼ Avocado
  • Ice (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ibiza Superfoods Disco Mix

Blend and enjoy!
