Up Close and Personal

Exercise classes and working out in a gym environment are great and can be excellent for motivation in those times of need but nothing will get you reaching your PB more than a one on one training session. Here we highlight some of the benefits of personal training.

No backing out:  Your session is paid for and you have a trainer waiting to help you give it your all, it would be rude not to turn up! That hour long session will end up being the best part of your day or week.

Goals: Your personal trainer will develop a plan to help you achieve your goals, whether it be weight loss, injury rehab, or sports specific training. Their support and guidance may be the thing that will finally get you to where you want to be.

Routine: Going to a class a day may not be the best thing for you. No matter how small the class is, it will never be designed for your personal needs and you may be over/under working certain muscles that can lead to injury or just an ineffective workout. A trainer will help you get in to a routine, that can still incorporate your favourite classes or that weekly 5k.

Experience and fresh ideas: Your personal trainer will be fully qualified and passionate about what they do. They will pass on their experience and knowledge to help create a fitter and healthier you. Good personal trainers are passionate about all things health and fitness and should be able to give you nutrition advice, which is crucial if you want to see changes in the way you look and feel.

RESULTS: The best personal trainers are dedicated to helping you become a better you and will allow you to achieve the results that you cannot achieve on your own.

Why not try personal training for yourself? PBB are offering 20% off PT sessions this month. Our excellent trainers can offer one on one sessions including specialities in yoga, pilates, barre and body conditioning. Sessions available at home or in the studio.
