RFL: Christmas Cake Recipe

All of us at PBB are thrilled about our new collaboration with Raw for Life! Learn how to make their fabulous and delicious Raw Christmas Cake here…

Crust:

-100g of shredded coconut

-50g of raw cacao nibs

-1 tsp of raw cacao powder

-1tsp of cinnamon

-pinch of salt

Blend ingredients together and put into a cake mold.

Filling:

-150g of organic prunes

-100g of dried figs

-1/2 tsp of Garam Masala powder

-psyllium husks (as needed)

Blend ingredients with a splash of water and pour the mix onto the crust.

Choco cream:

-250g of dates

-3 tsp of coconut oil

-1 ts.of raw cacao powder

-cinnamon cloves

Mix together and pour onto the cream. Put the cake in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
